It is used for kinds of steel pipe pressure-bearing and testing . It adopts two lifted rollers to hold the tested steel pipe, using the thrust of master cylinder to press the pipe between the thrust plate and the pressure plate,so that the pipe two ends can be sealed(end face seal or radial seal). Main testing process:
 1. Adjust the moving beam according to the pipe length.
 2. The pipe is measured and loaded by the loading chains.
 3. The clamp device is lifted by cylinders to clamp the pipes.
 4. The double end sockets move to seal the pipes.
 5. Preliminary sealed booster
 6. Filling water and outlet air.
 7. Air release valve is closed and pressure boosting.
 8. Pressure holding.
 9. Pressure relief
 10. Pipe is taken out of end socket.
 11. Loosen the clamping
 12. Unloading
 13. Length measuring and cleaning.
